Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Titan Commercial Lab is a trading name of Liam Lawther, a sole trader. Business address: 24 Athol Park, Sunderland, SR2 8BT, United Kingdom. Contact: titancommerciallab@gmail.com.

These terms apply to services purchased from Titan Commercial Lab through this website.

Our services

Titan Commercial Lab provides commercial decision support, document analysis and bounded administrative monitoring services.

The Tender Readiness Check reviews one tender opportunity and its core tender documents against a limited supplier snapshot you provide.

The Contractor Compliance Watch pilot is a managed administrative document-monitoring service for up to 25 active contractors during the purchased pilot month. We maintain an agreed evidence register, record document status and expiry dates supplied or evidenced to us, flag missing/expired/soon-to-expire items, send agreed document-chasing communications where the customer has authorised the contact route, and provide a weekly exception summary.

Neither service is legal, regulatory, insurance, procurement or health-and-safety advice. Contractor Compliance Watch does not certify a contractor as compliant, competent, safe or approved. The customer defines the evidence requirements and retains all contractor selection, approval, competence, supervision, safety and compliance decisions.

Who the service is for

The services are designed primarily for business customers. We may ask you to confirm whether you are buying wholly or mainly for your trade, business, craft or profession. That answer does not override any rights that apply to you by law.

Contractor Compliance Watch — onboarding conditions

Before Titan contacts any contractor or processes contractor personal data on your behalf, you must provide the relevant contractor details, confirm the evidence rules you want monitored, confirm that you are authorised to instruct the processing and contact activity, and accept the applicable Contractor Data Processing Terms. We will not use contractor contact data supplied for this service for Titan marketing.

Do not send special-category personal data, criminal-offence data, passwords, payment-card information or unrelated personal information through the standard pilot route. If a required document contains information outside the agreed scope, contact us before sending it.

Information and document handling

For the Tender Readiness Check, send your order number and public tender link first. Do not send confidential, restricted or non-public tender material, special-category personal data, passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary personal information unless we have expressly confirmed an appropriate processing route in advance.

At launch, our standard tender-analysis route may use Titan Commercial Lab Gmail for intake and delivery and OpenAI/ChatGPT for analysis of public or properly authorised tender material together with a minimal non-sensitive supplier snapshot.

For the standard Contractor Compliance Watch pilot, contractor records and agreed evidence tracking are handled through the approved operational tools described in our privacy and data-processing information. Contractor personal data or evidence files are not intentionally submitted to OpenAI/ChatGPT as part of the standard pilot route unless a customer expressly agrees a different documented processing arrangement.

Scope and delivery

The £49 Tender Readiness Check covers one tender opportunity and its core documents. Delivery is normally within two business days after complete, usable inputs are confirmed and work is permitted to start. A purchase alone does not start the delivery clock.

The £149 Contractor Compliance Watch pilot covers one month and up to 25 active contractors. Monitoring begins only after usable onboarding information, the agreed evidence rules and any required data-processing instructions are in place. The pilot does not include legal review, verification of contractor competence, site supervision, authenticity guarantees for third-party documents, or responsibility for the customer's statutory duties.

If an order is materially outside the advertised scope, we will contact you before substantive work begins. If we cannot sensibly provide the advertised service at the agreed price, we will provide a full refund unless you expressly agree an alternative before substituted or additional work begins.

Cancellation and refunds

Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the cancellation route and any consumer rights that apply. Where consumer law applies, we will not treat a checkbox or business label as removing statutory rights.

Source material and conclusions

Our work is based on the information, documents and sources available to us at the relevant time. Where evidence does not establish an answer, we may mark an item as missing, expired, due for review or requiring clarification rather than presenting it as compliant or non-compliant.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of documents and information you provide to us. Unless otherwise agreed, outputs supplied to you are for your own internal business use.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to applicable law, Titan Commercial Lab is not responsible for customer procurement decisions, contractor appointment or supervision, contractor acts or omissions, health-and-safety management, or losses arising from information that was incomplete, inaccurate, forged, expired, changed or unavailable to us. This does not reduce any duty to perform our own service with the standard required by applicable law.
